Gratitude: is pausing to notice and appreciate the things that we often take for granted, like having a place to live, food, clean water, friends, family, even computer access. It’s taking a moment to reflect on how fortunate we are when something good happens — whether it’s a small thing or a big thing. Gratitude is a quality of leadership because leaders are always thankful to those who helped them in their difficult times. It is also an act of kindness which is the main quality of leadership.

Here, I want to share my experience about paying Gratitude to that person who helped me a lot in my difficult times.

Lets get started!

Today I was busy doing my online course of Amal Academy and I saw this activity in which I have to write a letter to thank to a person who helped me in my difficult times. I stopped there and started thinking about all the people who always there for me to motivate me and to encourage me. After thinking a lot I chose my younger sister to thank her for everything she did for me. It was my first experience that I thought something like this in my life. Then I got up immediately and found a sheet and made designs on it which were not very impressive but all I did was from core of my heart💖. Then I put all the words of gratitude on the paper with full heart. Then I gave it to my sister and also gave her chocolates.

After reading the letter and receiving the chocolates she became extremely happy. I saw a different kind of happiness on her face and I felt that our small efforts makes others smiling.

It was one of the great experiences of my life. After this activity I realized that sometimes, it becomes very important to thank to the most valuable persons of our lives for their efforts which they put to encourage us and to make us happy.

At the end, I want to thank to all the people who are always there for me especially my Allah, My parents and my family.🥰
